We understand that everyone has a busy life. We understand that sometimes it’s just not possible to make it out to one of our clinics. We get it. This service is for those who prefer the convenience or privacy of their own homes, or even while on the go. Consultations are held online or over the phone.

How much does it cost?
Skype/Telephone consultations are $100 per session. This includes a 50 minute call via landline, mobile or Skype.
Does this really work?
We find that it helps just to talk to someone. It doesn’t have to be us. We do however have the training, skills and knowledge from years of research so we can provide professional advice. This service does not serve as a substitute for face-to-face consultations but provides access to those who are unable or unwilling to do so.
How long are consultation sessions?
Consultation sessions by default are 50 minutes long. Exceptions may be made but this will need to be arranged ahead of time.
What will I need for Telephone Consultation?
You will need the following before any Telephone consultations:
- A telephone landline (if you will be at home) OR
- A mobile phone with a mobile number
What happens if I can't make my session?
If you are unable to make your session, you should contact as soon as can. If you are able to give us at least 24hrs notice we will help you to reschedule the session for another day/time. If you are unable to do so, you will forfeit the session and the fees included.
