Psychcentral is an appointment-based clinic. We provide both in-clinic and online therapy services. We do not provide a crisis service. To arrange an appointment, you can call us at 1300 856 779 or email info@psychcentral.com.au

If you or a loved one is experiencing a crisis, having thoughts of self-harm or suicide, experiencing a personal crisis, or need someone to talk to right away, please call these numbers that are available 24 hours a day:

Telephone 000 if you have an immediate emergency.
Telephone Lifeline on 13 11 14 for crisis telephone counselling (all ages).
Telephone Kids Helpline on 1800 55 1800 if you are aged between 5-25 years old and want to talk to someone for support.
Telephone Suicide Callback Service on 1300 659 467 for counselling if you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm or suicide.
Telephone 1800RESPECT on 1800 737 732 if you are impacted by sexual assault, domestic or family violence/abuse.
Telephone Men’s Line on 1300 78 99 78 if you are an Australian man needing support
